Here they are: the most popular recipes in 2018, according to you, my readers! Out of the 265 posts that I’ve published since starting this blog four years ago, these are the nine, most searched-for posts over this past year. It should be no surprise that, out of these top nine posts, eight are Greek recipes. Hmm…I wonder why!
Thank you so much for following along with me on this journey, for reading my posts that come your way each week, and also for taking the time to share your thoughtful comments and e-mails. I read them all, and always love your feedback! They encourage me to continue testing recipes, photographing them, and sharing them with you. It is very humbling to know that this small blog with mostly Mediterranean recipes had almost 100,000 viewers in 2018!
I will be back in 2019 with brand new recipes that are already in the works—and yes, many of them will be Greek. Until then, my best wishes to you all for a happy and creative new year!

What a nice way to end 2018, looking forward to cooking with Marilena. I’ve only tried some of these, so I need to get back in the kitchen. Dave and I have agreed the shrimp saganaki and pita bread will be a great New Year’s Eve dinner. We’ll, of course, fix your greek chopped salad for the perfect meal! Can’t wait to try all of these recipes this year! Happy 2019 and please keep all of these great recipes coming.

We tried the shrimp saganaki last weekend. Outstanding! This one is certain to become another favorite in our household. I’m going to need to go through each of the other “most popular” recipes if I’ve not already tried them.

So glad you tried the shrimp saganaki – it is a reader’s favorite recipe and for a good reason! I often serve it over orzo or steamed rice for a more substantial meal. Thank you so much for your feedback Sandy! ?
